How to do it: Sit in a cross-legged position, with one shin crossed over the other. Inhale and place your left hand on your right knee. Rest your right palm on the floor behind you. Exhale and gently twist, turning your gaze over your right shoulder. (Switch sides to work on the opposite side of your body.)
Benefits: Gently wakes up and stretches the muscles around your spine. Stretches the outer hips.

The classic cowboy essential has been upgraded to a boho accessory "must have." A signature look worn by all of the cowboy greats, bandanas are now found in collections by Free People, Spell, Madewell, Anthro, and many others.
"When designing this season’s hand-drawn Gypsiana print we looked to the ultimate boho-cowgirl accessory "the bandana" for printspo. It pops in ‘bandana red’, warm pepper hues and seagreen turquoise." - Spell & the Gypsy Collective.
We've fallen in love with the cookbook "The Forest Feast, Simple Vegetarian Recipes from My Cabin in the Woods" by Erin Gleeson. Published by Abrams, the watercolors and photography are worth the price of the book. We found our copy at Anthropologie. Sure, we could have bought it for less somewhere else, but we purchased ours at Anthro (Dallas). We feel that it's worth the extra cost to soak in the lovely inspiration that Anthro always has to offer.
What we discovered: These recipes are easy and economical. It doesn't take a huge spice cabinet and expensive ingredients to create an impressive dinner party. Your feast begins when you open the book; the watercolors and gorgeous spreads in this literary treasure are so beautiful!
Using Erin's recipes, we put together our Summer Dinner Party menu:
Our menu was a huge success!
The Takeaway: Erin Gleeson is a vegetarian force to be followed. Her blog is amazing and her Instagram is a feast for the eyes and the heart:
Vintage tribal necklaces are not only bohemian must-haves, they're great investment pieces because they never go out of style. Look for quality gypsy pieces from Tibet, Afghanistan, and Morocco. Flea markets, Etsy, world travel, and online boutiques are great destinations to find your next statement piece.
