During this hectic time of hurrying, scurrying and worrying, sometimes we just don't get enough sleep. We're so busy taking care of everyone else, that it's sometimes hard to take care of ourselves. Does this describe you or someone you love? I thought I'd pass on my simple remedy in hopes that it might help one of you get the rest you deserve. Ready? In my mind, I go through the produce department by alphabet. For instance, I think of all the vegetables & fruits I can think of that start with the letter "A" (artichokes, alfalfa sprouts, apples, asparagus, etc.), then when I can't think of another "A" produce item and I've exhausted any more possiblities, I start on "B" (broccoli, brussels sprouts, blueberries, blackberries, etc.), then "C" (carrots, celery, cauliflower, etc.) By the time I reach "G" or "H", I'm out.
